Todays Poem

Journal Entry: Fri Apr 25, 2008, 10:46 PM
  • Mood: Defeated
  • Listening to: Land of Sunshine - Faith No More
  • Reading: The Picture of Dorian Gray - Oscar Wilde
  • Drinking: my own creative blend of tea
It is no wonder what the wisher wants
the glove to bury the musk of lust and love
Into a dawn that shone my skeletons bone
while I lamented the cracks in your smile
Life is the instant, not the memory
which is left for the dead

the best how-to book out there I would say is called Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, which is where I learned most everything I know. You start off by learing energy raising techniques to trance meditations and from there on techniques for the projection. The book goes on to explain the world of astral projection and the authors own theories on what actually happens. Might just be useful if that's what you're looking for.

It's fine. On to what I know: I've read through parts of books. I've read that it's similar to lucid dreaming(doesn't do me any good, since I've never experienced a lucid dream). Apparently, one's emotional state can affect where one projects. Apparently, some populated places can be reached. Something about psychological problems being able to prevent someone from moving very far. I'm certain I know more, but I can't remember well enough to list them. Really, I think I need to know how I can experience a projection.

I really ought to check up on this DA account more often. I've been spending less and less time on the net, so I apologise.
I suppose the grounds to start off with is...how much do you know already?
~Melkiresha:iconMelkiresha: Jun 16, 2007, 9:00:34 PM
Well, any experience is better than none. Now that I come down to it, though, I'm not really sure what I want to know. It's been to long since I posted that.

I'm not someone with a whole lot of experience and never had a fully conscious projection. But, I do know a few small things on the topic. I'll teach you whatever I can if you'd like.

I think I remember you talking to me about astral projection once, but I am not sure. If you did, I'm actually interested in it, and I wanted to talk to someone with experience.

Neither do I really, I just like to look at a language built on dots and spaces. There are some free translators on the web.

Thank you for the compliment, but I have to say that I don't find anything comforting in thinking you're normal in regards to your comment on "Searching for Revolutions". I think what you meant to say is that it's nice to meet someone who's somewhat on the same level.

Your page is awesone and your work astounding. Truly inspirational.Thankyou.

I still need to make it out to some of the western provinces - I've been to Alberta a few times, but have skipped over everything inbetween

Thank you for your recent support through the :+fav: , it is much appreciated!
All the best this week,
